In 2026, Jane’s Due Process celebrates 25 years of helping Texas teens access reproductive healthcare, including abortion. We’ve grown from the first-ever organization in the United States dedicated to providing legal representation to access abortion under Texas’s parental involvement laws into a full-spectrum reproductive health support organization for young Texans seeking abortion, birth control, sexual health information and resources, and pregnancy support. We’ve helped thousands of young people navigate bans and barriers to exercise their human right to bodily autonomy.
If you’ve ever been impacted by our work, we want to hear from you. If we supported you through judicial bypass to access abortion as a young person in Texas, provided you with free emergency contraception, helped you travel for care, helped you better understand your reproductive health options, or provided any other support that made it possible for you to access care, we’d love to hear about it. We also would love to hear from anyone who’s been a part of JDP’s history in any way.
