It’s Fund-a-Thon season — your chance to help fund abortion, birth control, pregnancy support, and sex education for Texas teens navigating bans and barriers.
Every year, members of the National Network of Abortion Funds (NNAF), like Jane’s Due Process, team up with passionate supporters like you to raise the funds that make our work possible. This annual community-power-building event is known as ‘Fund-a-Thon’ — and when you sign up, you’re not just helping us meet a goal, you’re raising awareness and showing up for young Texans. Together, we can end stigma and support bodily autonomy, by funding youth access to reproductive healthcare and sexual education.
This year, our goal is to raise $15,000 by May 31st — and the best part? Every dollar you raise will be DOUBLED thanks to a generous match from NNAF (up to $50,000). That means your impact goes twice as far.
Can’t wait to get started? Here’s how it works:
1. Build or join your team — or fly solo:
Gather your besties — the ones who believe in young people, in bodily autonomy, and in building a future where everyone has access to care.
- You can create a team of any size, 2 or more.
- Bonus: you get to name your team something fierce, clever, or just plain cute.
- If leading a team isn’t your style, you can join an existing team — we need you, bestie!
2. Set up your fundraising page on Classy:
- Got your team? You’re ready —
Head over to our fundraising platform, click “Register,” and choose “Create a Team.” Then, your teammates can join your squad by setting up their own fundraising pages.
- Going solo? You got this!
Click “Register” and select “As an Individual.” Whether you’re flying solo or riding deep, there’s a space for you in this movement.
- Joining your crew? Keep it simple.
If there’s an existing team you want to join, hit “Register,” choose “Join a Team,” and set up your own page under theirs. Easy!
3. Saddle up and fundraise!
Once you’re signed up, your fundraising page is ready to share. Text it to your group chat, drop it on your socials, or email it to that one relative who always has your back.
You’ll see a starting template about our work on your fundraising page — hit “manage” and “edit” so you can make it yours. We encourage you to add your personal reasons for fundraising to get your crew fired up!
Why does this matter to you? Why are you raising funds for Texas teens? Sharing your story helps your people connect to the cause and give from the heart — you’ve got until May 31st, 2025, to show Texas teens that your team is rooting for them!

Need ideas for how to raise funds?
Start by thinking of anyone who might support abortion access for young people. Then, try a pitch like:
“Hey! I’m fundraising for Jane’s Due Process because I believe young people in Texas should have access to abortion, birth control, parenting support, and sex education — with no shame, and no barriers. Can you chip in $25 to support my campaign?”
You can also get creative! Host a house party and sell tickets, bake some goodies, offer a sticker you designed for every donation — whatever feels fun and true to you! The goal is to raise funds and build community — that’s how we build power.

Why it matters:
Last year, over 6,000 Texas teens reached out to Jane’s Due Process for support. They came to us for help accessing abortion, birth control, pregnancy options counseling, emergency contraception, and answers about their rights.
Young people are navigating bans and barriers — but they’re not alone. When you participate in Fund-a-Thon, you’re helping us say we see you, we trust you, and we’ve got your back.
All you need to join us is a fierce commitment to making reproductive freedom real for young Texans — which paves the way to bodily autonomy for us all!
