Jane’s Due Process was founded to help Texas teens access abortion despite barriers, and over the years we’ve expanded our support because we believe that young people deserve to have complete control over their pregnancy decisions. That’s why we’re excited to announce our new program: Empowering Young Parents.
This program is for the young people in Texas who are stepping into parenthood, whatever their reason for making that decision. In a world that often strips young people of their agency, we’re building something different, becoming an organization that provides abortion, birth control, pregnancy, and parenting support for Texas teens because that’s what it means to support true autonomy for teens.
Through this program, Jane’s Due Process will provide emotional, informational, and financial support to teens under 18 living in Texas and continuing a pregnancy toward becoming a parent. We’re creating a space where young Texans can receive real, non-judgmental support. We support teens in making the decisions they think are best for themselves.

Empowering Young Parents is open to any young person under 18 in Texas who is pregnant, whether they are choosing to parent or continuing their pregnancy under difficult circumstances. And teens can still receive abortion and birth control support from us as well.
