Texas, like 36 other states, has a law that requires minors to involve their parents in their decision to have an abortion. If they don’t want to or cannot involve their parents, they have to get permission from a judge to consent to their own abortion. This process is called “judicial bypass”. We provide case management and free legal representation to teens who need to get judicial bypass. We want all teens to be understand & be able to advocate for their own reproductive rights.
