Rosann Mariappuram (she/her) is a lawyer and advocate. She is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, was a legal intern with Jane’s Due Process and the Center for Reproductive Rights and served on the boards of the Lilith Fund for Reproductive Equity and NARAL Pro-Choice Texas. Prior to joining Jane’s Due Process, Rosann was an If/When/How Reproductive Justice Fellow with Surge Reproductive Justice and Legal Voice in Seattle, WA. Before law school, Rosann worked at the Reproductive Health Access Project in New York, NY where she helped expand access to contraception, miscarriage care and abortion in primary care settings. Rosann received her M.A. in international relations from the City College of New York and her B.A. from New York University. She is originally from Cleveland, OH and is the proud daughter of immigrant parents.
Blake Rocap, Legal Director
Blake Rocap (he/him) has worked in the Texas Legislature for almost a decade. For the past five legislative sessions, Blake has focused on abortion rights for NARAL Pro-Choice Texas. He is a longtime board member and a volunteer attorney for Jane’s Due Process, representing abused teenagers in judicial bypass proceedings. He also serves on the board of the Women’s Health and Family Planning Association of Texas. Blake grew up attending public schools in San Angelo, before moving to Austin to attend the University of Texas. He earned his BA in American Studies with a minor in Government before returning to West Texas to attend the Texas Tech School of Law on a full Regent’s Scholarship. While in law school he was a founding board member of the Student Public Interest Initiative, the social director of the Board of Barristers and a member of the institution’s curriculum committee. Blake and his wife live in central Austin with their two daughters.

Eleanor Genevieve Grano, Community Outreach & Youth Engagement Coordinator
Eleanor Genevieve Grano (she/her) joined Jane’s Due Process as the Community Outreach and Youth Engagement Coordinator in June 2018. Prior to joining Jane’s Due Process, Eleanor educated young people on healthy relationships and intimate partner violence as a Bilingual Digital Advocate at National Domestic Violence Hotline & loveisrespect, where she helped pilot their Spanish language chat platform. Eleanor is a NARAL Pro-Choice Texas Next Generation Fellow and a volunteer for Lilith Fund for Reproductive Equity’s Spanish hotline. She studied Neuroscience & Jewish Studies at Smith College.
Irma L. Garcia, Client Services Manager
Irma L. Garcia (she/her) joined Jane’s Due Process as the Client Services Manager in September 2018. Prior to joining Jane’s Due Process, Irma worked at Austin Women’s Health Center as a patient advocate. Irma is also a strong local voice in acknowledging and centering reproductive justice issues in black and brown communities, prioritizing womanist values, and supporting pregnant people of color as a trained doula for Mama Sana Vibrant Woman. She is also is a NARAL Pro-Choice Texas Next Generation Fellow. In 2016, she graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s in journalism.
Graci D’Amore, Program and Administrative Coordinator
Graci D’Amore (she/her) joined Jane’s Due Process in May 2019. Prior to joining JDP, Graci worked to empower survivors of abuse at the National Domestic Violence Hotline as a Digital Services Advocate. Her experience as a Patient Advocate at Austin Women’s Health Center furthered her passion for reproductive justice. She has had a long time passion for supporting and advocating for the rights of others; including the rights of sex workers. Graci earned her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Kansas.
